In todays class we went back to our previous class by discussing what we knew about Inductive teaching strategy. After finishing our revision, we formed groups of six and we in groups discussed the topics both in English and IT, which we could teach using Inductive Teaching strategy. After the dicussion wrote our group points on a chart paper and then we paste it on the wall. After that we moved around and viewed other group's work.
All the groups gave good topics or example, like Teaching of Verb using Inductive teaching strategy.
- Giving example and non-example of verb (jump, chimi, eat,etc)
- Let the student identify the patterns
- MAke students to define and give other new examples
And in case of IT subject, few groups were not able th give the suitable topic, including our group. However, after having discusion with few of our friends and with our sir, we were able to choose a suitable topic. On other hand, few of the groups gave nice and suitable topics.
For example teaching of Computer hardware
- Giving examples and non-examples of Hardware(keyboard, mouse, MS office, etc)
- Let the student identify
- make the students the difine the toipc and give other new examples.
