1st Day's Reflection

On the first day of our class on 6thmarch, 2012, though we didn’t start our studies but we had very interesting discussions. Firstly we talked on mediation and then did meditation for five minutes. After the meditation I felt fresh and I found out that my meditation is improving. In the class we shared the feelings while we are meditating, it was interesting as some were hearing internal sound from the neare friend and some were feeling sleepy because they were not practicing meditation regularly and sincerely. We discussed to have meditation for 5 minutes before we really begin our actual class. To me I feel it is good as we could fresh our mind and be mindful of the lesson that we are going to learn. Secondly we familiarized ourselves to each other by introducing ourselves to sir and vise versa. To me it is important for us to know our lecture and for our lecture to know us so that we would having an active and a friendly class.
After that, we sir talked on the training getting into buffalo life, without knowing anything. Sir told us that most of the training, when they are at 1st year, they are as innocent as the caterpillar but when they reach 2nd year they get married and by 3rd and final year, they are having one to two kids. And right after, they have to take responsibilities of the new family and their old family, that is their own parents. There by failing to reward their parents for helping them to be someone in their life..  I really think that it is true. Thinking of having a family before we knowing our responsibilities and before we finishing our education and rewarding everyone who helped us to be someone in our life, is the thought of donkey. Like our sir I do belief that, it is better to take responsibilities one by one instead of taking lots and lots of responsibilities and failing to take up the responsibilities.
Then we discussed come ground rules for our class. At last we were able to find simple and perfect ground rules and that is RAMP.
         i.            Respect each other’s views.
       ii.            Active in the class
iii.            Mobile phones to be kept on silent mode or switched off.
     iv.            Punctuality.
According to me it is simple to keep in our mind and very important for all of us. Using RAMP rules we won’t be facing many problems in our future class and on top of that we will be having an effective class as there won’t be much obstacles and problems disturbing.
Finally we ended our class with a short meditation.
